Review of Viral Prevention and Treatment Protocols

Treating Viral Infections

Necessary Items:
• Thermometer
• Pulse Oximeter
• Peak Flow Meter (if you have asthma)

Recommended Supplements:
• Vitamin C: Take 500mg up to every hour during peak symptoms. You will tolerate many times more vitamin C when ill, than when you are well. Decrease dose if diarrhea results.
• NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine): 600mg Take 3-4x daily, best on empty stomach
• Liposomal Glutathione: Take 2 squirts swish & let it linger in mouth 2x daily
• Zinc: 15mg 2x daily, with food

• Acetaminophen (Tylenol): 500mg (1-2 pills) 4x daily for fever over 100.4 degrees F.
