Medical Grade Infusions
We offer FULL strength therapeutic IV’s, that only a medical office can provide. Most of IV businesses in Boulder and the surrounding area offer heavily diluted IVs. This is because they can’t offer therapeutic amounts without a medical license (and to maximize their profit). At these sites, you are paying inflated rates to get IV fluid with only small amounts of nutrients. While this is safe, the primary therapeutic value is the hydration from the saline solution. We have performed thousands of IV Micronutrient infusions for more than 25 years. During this time, IV micronutrient therapy has proven to be extremely safe. We take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of each infusion. IV Therapy at Helios is medically supervised by our on-site MD, NP, and RN.
Do micronutrient infusions cause dependency?
There is no evidence that IV Micronutrient therapy creates dependency.
Do you offer IV Chelation?
We do not offer IV Chelation. Over time we have found that oral chelation and natural detoxification are safer and better tolerated.
Do you require prior assessment before I can get an IV?
Yes, It is important to see one of our experienced practitioners to address current health issues, identify underlying conditions, and select the appropriate nutrients. Follow-up appointments are equally important to monitor progress and prescribe a transition to oral supplementation.
How long do IV infusions take?
Infusions can take 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the prescribed nutrients and volume of IV fluid. We we tell you how much time is required for your specific IV solution ahead of time so you can schedule accordingly.
How much will a vitamin IV cost me?
The price for each micronutrient IV varies, as it is calculated by the amount of nutrients and supplies used and length of infusion time. Out prices are comparable with Boulder’s other IV businesses, however we offer much higher strength, medical-grade solutions. We believe in the therapeutic benefits of IV therapy for our patients and don’t inflate our prices for profit. We share the cost of all services with you ahead of time, so there are no surprises.
